The MIG process

It is the most suitable process for band saw blades.

A machine using the MIG process is able to weld blades with a thickness from 0.8 mm to 2.1 mm and an unlimited width insofar as the machine gets hot plate.

The machine includes :

• A structure with table and tightening tips
• A motorised truck which supports a torch
• Thermic treatment (gaz reheating) installation or a copper plate with electric resistances
• Shears (optional)
• Gaz bottle (Mix Argon)
